Where we ship

We currently ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping — $8.00
Free standard shipping on orders of $70.00 or more
Express shipping — $15.00

Your shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Order processing

Orders are typically packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday are processed on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Once dispatched, standard shipping usually arrives within 3–7 business days and express shipping within 2–3 business days. These are estimates from the carrier, not guarantees, and delivery times can run longer during holiday periods or severe weather.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships. If you have not received tracking within 3 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder and then contact us.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. We are not able to reroute a package once it has shipped. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment; the reshipping cost is payable by the customer.

Lost, stolen or damaged parcels

If your tracking shows delivered but the parcel is missing, please check with neighbours and your building first, then contact us. If your order arrives damaged, email us within 30 days with a photo and we will replace it or refund you at no cost to you.
